DARK FIBER is aware that you value your privacy. We respect your privacy and protect your personal data. This may include any information that might lead to you as an individual. We are currently processing the following personal data:

Throughout the duration of the conference, we may need to collect additional personal data about which we will specifically inform you and we will require your consent.

Why do we process the previously mentioned data?

DARK FIBER processes your personal data exclusively for the purpose of organising the conference that is the subject of this information on privacy and hence your personal data shall be used only for the previously mentioned purpose. Your personal data shall not be shared with third parties and it shall not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.

Legal basis for personal data processing is the legitimate interest of the company DARK FIBER to undertake the required activities for the purpose of organisation of the conference.

Moreover, you are entitled to a request to data erasure or to stop processing it (which we shall do, unless the law or any other regulation requires us to act differently), a request that your personal data is transferred to another Controller, if applicable, and you are entitled to a complaint concerning the data processing method used by us in case you believe that it is not being duly performed by us.
